At Open Ocean Outfitters, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Free of stains, odors, or damage
Returned with original tags, if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
