Open Ocean Outfitters began with a love for boating, beach days, and the freedom that comes with life on the water. It’s a lifestyle our founder has known since he was six months old—and one that continues to inspire everything we do.
Growing up on boats meant spending days exploring the coastline, feeling the salt air, and making memories with family and friends. That early connection to the ocean grew into a lifelong passion, leading our founder to earn a captain’s license and run boats up and down the East Coast. From quiet mornings at the dock to long days underway, the water has always felt like home.
Along the way, some of the best moments have been the simplest: taking a cruise with no set destination, anchoring up with friends, finding a stretch of beach to spend the afternoon, or watching the sun go down before heading back to the marina. Those are the experiences behind Open Ocean Outfitters.
We created our coastal lifestyle brand to bring that feeling into everyday life. Our boating apparel and beachwear are inspired by the places we love and the way we spend our time—on deck, along the shore, and wherever the day takes us.
